Guidelines

1. To enter this competition you must be an Victorian Resident between the ages of 5-18 years. 
2. Please ensure your name or your child's name is not listed as the author on the writing piece before submitting your entry.
3. To create an account with Submittable you must be over the age of 18 years. Submittable's terms of service prohibits anyone under the age of 18 years from registering and using the service. If you are under the age of 18 years your parent or guardian must create an account with Submittable and submit your entry on your behalf.
